Report A Damage Claim


Unfortunately, accidents happen. Easy Auto Ship is here to assist you in the unlikely but possible event that your vehicle is damaged while in transit. The first step is to alert our claims department within 24 hours of delivery. You don't necessarily have to have all of the information to report, but we need to have a record that the damage was reported within those first 24 hours after delivery. You can report damage via email  or phone, or you can fill out the Damage Claim Report Form.


You can contact our claims department via phone from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. You can contact us via email at any time, but you may only receive a response during business hours.
