Report A Damage Claim
Unfortunately, accidents happen. Easy Auto Ship is here to assist you in the unlikely but possible event that your vehicle is damaged while in transit. The first step is to alert our claims department within 24 hours of delivery. You don't necessarily have to have all of the information to report, but we need to have a record that the damage was reported within those first 24 hours after delivery. You will, however, need to submit all documentation (BOL, before and after pictures, estimates for repair, etc) within 72 hours of reporting the damage.
Please keep in mind that damage claims can only be initiated once the vehicle has been delivered. If you need to report damages, you must do so during or after delivery. All damages must be documented on your bill of lading on delivery but not on pick up. You can report damage via email or phone, or you can fill out the Damage Claim Report Form.
